Over the course of several months in 2006, we presented our proposal to each
member of City Council (with the exception of Jeanne Faatz, who refused to
listen to our case). Using the tabs above, you can navigate to the key elements of
our case:
1. The letter summarizing our proposal and the results of our various mailings to
homeowners within the proposed right-zoning boundaries;
2. A map of Council District 1 outlining the proposed areas for right-zoning;
3. A map from the Denver Planning office color coded for the actual current land
use in the proposed areas, showing the overwhelming preponderance of single
family homes; and
4. A map from Blue Print Denver showing the proposed areas as Areas Of
Stability and as planned Single Family Residential neighborhoods.
